An undergraduate student wishing to pledge Beta Alpha Psi must meet the following criteria:

- 60 credit hours completed
- Completed three accounting classes from the following: Concepts/Introduction, Cost, Intermediate I, Intermediate II
- Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA (3.25 Cumulative for graduate students pledging)
- Minimum 3.0 Accounting GPA (3.5 graduate level Accounting GPA for graduate students pledging)
- Attend six professional meetings
- Attend at least one office tour
- Attend parent-pledge dinner
- Attend end of the year elections
- Complete four hours of community service (at least two hours with a BAP sponsored event)
